4. Ordering and Payment Terms

When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase products subject to these Terms. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including limitations on quantities, inaccuracies in product information, or problems identified by our credit and fraud avoidance department.

Pricing

We ship to most regions globally, excluding Asia and certain remote areas. Please note the following:

Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation.

Shipping Methods

• Standard Shipping: Shipped via DHL or FedEx. Delivery typically occurs within 10-15 days after dispatch. A flat fee of £12.95 applies.
• Free Shipping: Available for orders over £50, shipped via EMS. Delivery typically occurs within 15-25 days after dispatch.

Delivery Responsibilities

Once we dispatch your order, responsibility for the goods passes to you. Any claims for lost or damaged items in transit must be made to the carrier. We will provide tracking information once your order is dispatched.

You are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. We are not liable for delays or failures in delivery resulting from incorrect addresses provided by you.

6. Returns and Refunds

We want you to be utterly delighted with your purchase. Our returns policy is designed to be fair to both you and us.

Eligibility

You may return or exchange most new, unopened, and unused items within 15 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. To be eligible:

3. Carefully pack the item in its original packaging and mail it to the address we provide using a tracked service

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund within 5 business days. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method:

• Credit/Debit Cards: 5-10 business days to appear on your statement
• PayPal: 3-5 business days to appear in your account

Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
